Delete your account

Charvaha has no website login. This page does not open your records. It starts an email to support@charvaha.com so we can delete the account created in the Android app.

What we delete

The login is removed, including the name, email, and phone number on the account. For a farm, the public name is replaced, and the address, contact email, contact phone, Story / About us, and logo are cleared.

What stays

Animal records stay, including their photos, weights, vaccinations, and care history, so a customer who was handed an animal still has that history. We may also keep a limited record where the law requires it.

How to ask

Write from the email address on the Charvaha account and include the phone number on that account. We use those to confirm the request is yours. Nothing you type below is stored on this website.
